Cambridge engages in providing procurement services to business seeking to source Oil & Gas Equipemt such as seamless steel pipes, Line pipes and oil and country tubular goods from mainland China and more generally south east Asia.

The company will use its extensive knowledge of the steel pipe market to mediate and negotiate technical specification of material, prices and securing production capacities with its network of manufacturers in the region.

Cambridge is retributed by a commission linked to the contract it helped securing (it does not actually purchase any material) between the end client and the manufacturer. The invoicing is issued based on shipped quantities on said contract (number of pieces or tonnage).

The primary clients for these services are Oil & Gas equipment manufacturers and distributors (such as HSC, InterMark Inc, Vallourec, HGDS….)

Suppliers would be seamless steel pipe manufacturers such as:

  • HengYang Steel (HengYang)
  • Baosteel (Shanghai)
  • TPCO (TianJin)
  • CSST (Chengdu)
